What We Offer

Dine with Us

Our in-house chef prepares 3 fresh, healthy, organic meals per day.

Breakfast: 8am - 10am

Cold Lunch: 12pm - 1pm

Hot Supper: 4pm - 5pm

Lots of our vegetables, herbs and fruits are grown in our on-site gardens. Otherwise they are responsibly sourced to be seasonal and local.

We also offer unlimited, sugar-free snacks and serve only fresh water and organic milk that children can access at all times as they need. All other produce is purchased locally from William Rose Butchers, SMB Organic Grocery, Moxons Fishmongers and Mons cheese shop. Store cupboard essentials are provided by Ocado.

Drink with Us

At Yeeha! our children are offered fresh water and whole milk, which they can access themselves at any time along with fruit, veg or breadstick snacks. We only serve organic, whole milk. Infact, all our dairy is strictly organic.

Snack with Us

Snacks help to keep energy levels and brain function optimised. They also help to combat the ache of teething, so children are offered sugar-free veg, fruit or bread stick snacks along with fresh water or milk on demand and hourly.

Nap with Us

Sleep is essential for optimal brain development and restorative health. Without it health, behaviour and success is compromised.

Yeeha! children aged 10 months to 2 years have 2 naps per day.

Children aged 2 to 3 years have one afternoon nap.

We never wake sleeping children as their body is in charge of how much sleep they need.

All children have their own cot and bedding, laundered nightly to avoid coughs and snivels.

Get Wild With Us At Our Forset School

All children aged from 10 months onwards benefit from Forest School activities on-site and from 2+ head off-site to explore the wilderness on our doorstep at Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye park. Pre-School children aged 2+ unleash their potential and connect with nature in the great outdoors - building confidence, language, independence and a love of the wild, while learning essential life skills.

Learn through Play with Us

Communication, Language and Literacy

Our library boasts over 500 titles on a variety of subjects that match your child’s interests, age and stage of development. Board books, paperbacks and hardbacks of all sizes are available for little ones to access at any time. We have a large library room where children can explore their book selections and act out the stories and themes using our large selection of role-play dress up wardrobe. Some of life’s most challenging and interesting themes can be understood and accepted when children have the opportunity to role-play scenarios like; the arrival of a new baby, a house move, starting school, loss of loved ones, going to the dentist, doctor or hair dresser. Socialising with their friends in the process builds bonds, security and the ability to communicate feelings.

Physical Development

When children are encouraged to move and enjoy being active, they become more confident and coordinated. Stability and balance is boosted and learning new things is a synch when children can be free to explore as they wish. Being locomotive without restriction or fear makes children independent and keen to try new things.

At our Heber Road setting, we have a fully enclosed front garden, where children enjoy container gardening. Learning where their food comes from and establishing a positive relationship with vegetables, herbs and fruits.

We have a large walled rear garden with mud kitchens, water play, sand play, tool station and climbing frame with slide, ladder and swing.

Each summer we offer our older children our Wider Horizons Forest School. We spend a full month in the great outdoors, exploring and getting close to nature at Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park. Activities include, tree walks, bug hunts, stream dipping, bird watching, tree climbing and shelter building. Playing, learning, eating and and connecting to nature builds well-being, security and a love of wildlife and the great outdoors - widening children’s independence, self-worth, speech and language, knowledge of the world all the while mastering physical abilities.

Personal, Social and Emotional Development

At Yeeha! we don’t believe in baby rooms! Children are happiest and develop best when they are free to observe and interact with children of all ages. Most small children love older children and strive to achieve the advanced skills they see the big children perform. Older children love the kudos of achieving independence and the status of being important to others - engendering self-worth and feelings of achievement through responsibility. This is also how children learn empathy, care for others, make firm friends and appreciate the benefits of sharing. Our Early Years Educators work very closely with our children, mirroring perfect socialisation and positive communication. Role-playing, story-telling, turn taking and team games help to build children’s self esteem, confidence, self-regulation, the ability to express feelings as well as the security to make and manage lasting relationships with peers and adults.
